Eye ptosis? Eye-shape correction?

The reason I am posting a review about a plastic surgery clinic near ㅇㄱㅈ Station in Gangnam-gu is to help those considering using that clinic make a careful choice. I visited to improve medial epicanthoplasty scars and the sleepy-looking part through revision surgery, but the scars were not improved, and they said it was 'ptosis,' that the power to open my eyes was weak so it needed to be lifted, and suggested lower eyelid fat repositioning too.. During the consultation, they drew on a pad and explained sincerely? and gave off an expert? vibe. I was scared by the diagnosis of ptosis, so even though the cost was very expensive, I booked surgery right away...... After receiving surgery,, it was the wrong choice.. They only lifted the back part of my eyes, and lifted it so much that my eyes do not close fully. Under the eyes, the left side has no surgical effect, and on the right side, I don’t know if something is wrong around the nerve, but it trembles. What is this constant twitching.. Of course I asked the consultant and also met the director. But they said 1, 3, 6, 12 months, up to 24 months... because it is revision surgery, it will take a long time to settle, and that there is nothing wrong..? During that time, my eyes would not close, so I could not sleep, my eye shape became sharper, and with the stress.. sigh.. Around the 12-month mark, I went to get revision surgery, and while waiting for more than an hour, I happened to see the operating room.. There was no surgical preparation done at all, and various boxes were scattered messily on the bed. It looked unhygienic, so I said I would not undergo surgery. Then the director and consultant comforted? me, saying it would be better not to do revision surgery, the surgery was done well, my eyes were pretty, etc... and if I ever wanted surgery, I could come anytime?? What kind of situation is this... After that, I requested another consultation regarding the side effects. After waiting about an hour, I went into the consultation room, and I think I talked only with the consultant for more than 2 hours. There were no patients, and I clearly knew the director was in the next room, so I couldn’t understand why they told me to talk to the consultant herself. In the end, thinking this would not be resolved, I asked for my medical records, and they said they could not give them because it would take a week. When I said I would call the police and leave a record, only then did the director show his face and say they would print the materials and give them to me. Based on the records, after examinations at a university hospital and an ophthalmology clinic, the side effects were confirmed, so I requested a medical opinion letter, a refund, and compensation for damages. A certified letter arrived at my house saying there was no medical malpractice and that I should speak to their lawyer from now onㅡㅡ.. Is it possible for a plastic surgery clinic to diagnose ptosis with the naked eye? I met and consulted directors who are specialists and famous for ptosis surgery, and they said surgery cannot be done, or that they would have to open it to know but could not guarantee good results, or that I absolutely must not have surgery, and it just drained me... Unless I take the challenge, do I have to keep living with eye ointment and artificial tears from now on, and live unable to sleep more than 2-3 hours unless I pass out drunk... Until now, I had never once gone to a hospital because of my eyes.. Surgery is something you do to get better, so is it natural that it causes side effects...
