Skin separation 44 days after facelift surgery (the photos are gross)

The photo ended up sideways. I don’t know how to fix it... If anyone knows, please advise me.Time keeps passing, but there’s no improvement, so I feel so frustrated. Looking at the photos I took, there’s no difference between 20 days ago and now. Is there anyone like me? Has anyone been in a condition like mine and recovered well? The advice the hospital has given me so far is as follows.1. The incision area is open now, but by two months after surgery, new skin will grow in and it will close up without any gaps.2. The red scars where the tubes were inserted will eventually improve to the point where they are barely noticeable.3. The scars behind the ears may remain, but they can be removed with a simple procedure.4. Any scars that remain later will be treated with reconstructive surgery.But even as time passes, it’s still exactly the same. Even when I ask again if there’s any other method, they say time will solve it.They said it would get better when it reaches two months after surgery, but there are only about two weeks left until then. Can it really get better during that time?After the director who did my surgery retires? Or after I become a grandmother?I can’t even tie my hair up anymore Does anyone know a hospital that is good at closing separated skin?How much would scar reconstruction treatment cost? I’m worried because when I look at the window, I suddenly think about jumping out. I couldn’t take a photo because it’s the front of my face, but a raised lump-like thing has appeared around the right corner of my mouth.The hospital says it’s inflammation and that they’ll squeeze it for me, but I’m worried my face will be ruined even more.It was surgery I had to make my face smooth, but now there’s a lump left...What should I do now? If I wait two more weeks, will it really be okay?
