Side effects from chin filler for a recessed chin and refund

I went in thinking of 2–3 cc for a slightly recessed chin, but during the consultation with the consultant, they recommended 5 cc. The head director performed the procedure with a design that would not make the chin point downward sharply (the head director was not included in the event price + was more expensive). A side effect occurred where the chin filler migrated downward and made the tip of the chin pointy, producing a result different from both the practitioner’s and the customer’s intention. After visiting the clinic twice, I did not receive any particular measures, and they said the cause was not the filler. Instead, they made an incorrect diagnosis and recommended adding paid fat-dissolving injections. Do they only see me as money? I could not understand at all their claim that the side effect was not caused by the filler, and the clinic did not acknowledge it (they said it was an issue with my skin elasticity), so I got two dissolving injections at another clinic, 89,000 won each, totaling 178,000 won. After that, as the filler dissolved, the chin tip shrank, so I complained to the clinic, and only then did they say they would take measures. But they said another practitioner would do it (associate director). The measure I received was a filler-dissolving injection to dissolve only the pointy part of the chin tip. But maybe the target area was missed, because it hardly decreased. Since there is about a one-week rest period for hyaluronidase, after one week I visited again, they checked the condition, and injected more hyaluronidase than before. It dissolved almost completely, about 80%. I returned to my original chin, but the chin tip became bumpy. (At this point, about two months had passed since I first got the filler.) I waited another week, visited again, and said my chin had become bumpy, and the practitioner also confirmed it. This time they said they would inject filler in the correct position. The chin tip became asymmetric, and in the end the chin filler migrated downward again, making a pointy chin. I visited again and received a very small amount of hyaluronidase in the asymmetric area and the chin tip. No change. I waited another week again and visited. They injected a large amount of hyaluronidase. It returned to its original state again. But this time, the chin tip was still bumpy. The practitioner made comments that sounded like they had lost confidence in chin filler. (Your recessed chin is not that severe, so I don’t think you need to do it. If you get filler, you have to accept that the chin tip can become pointy.) So I asked them to at least get rid of the bumpiness on my chin tip, and they injected hyaluronidase again. And currently, my chin tip is still bumpy, and I don’t think this clinic can resolve it anymore. My chin is worse than before I got filler, I spent money, and I lost time too. What should I do?
