*Surgery review I thought about breast surgery for 7 years, and I don’t know why I waited. I always only wore push-up bras with 4–5 cm padding, couldn’t wear the underwear I wanted, and in summer it was so uncomfortable, sweaty, and hard... But I went to a store and confidently chose the underwear I wanted. So good.... The thrill is seriously amazing.
I came out as a 70D cup now, and I never thought I would hear the size D in my life!! This is the front view wearing underwear. By 6 months, my skin and tissue feel so soft that wearing a wired bra isn’t uncomfortable at all, and it looks good when gathered together haha.
Before surgery, I hated even looking at myself without underwear on, but now my body without underwear looks genuinely 200 times prettier to me.
Before surgery, I had all the unfavorable conditions. I had very severe pectus carinatum, so the space between my breasts was very wide, and my ribs protruded severely, which made me look even more flat. I had so little fat on my upper body that Director Lee Jae-soo carefully consulted me, saying I could even develop rippling. So I had fat grafting done together, and he created cleavage that wasn’t excessive... (Thank you so much, Director Lee Jae-soo.) It looks really natural, right..? The fat graft take was also so good, so I think my breasts gathered beautifully.
With pectus carinatum and protruding ribs, I had breasts where cleavage couldn’t form at all.. I didn’t even know the importance of underwear, and I was so flat, triple A, that I barely needed to wear underwear.. The underwear in my pre-op photo is an EmeX bra famous for gathering, but.. you can see it didn’t gather even 1 bit, right..?
On top of that, I had inverted nipples, and that was also really stressful for me as a woman, you know? After surgery, my nipples naturally protruded, so now I’ve escaped inverted nipples too!! Originally, when I consulted with Director Lee Jae-soo, he said I didn’t necessarily need nipple surgery and that if I had the surgery, they would naturally protrude.. Thank you, director.....
Now my breasts, with all my complexes improved.. I’m really happy..♡ I also had tighter tissue than others, and I was told my skin was very thin. So my breasts didn’t have conditions that would come out pretty for breast surgery, but Director Lee Jae-soo made breasts with an appropriate size that suited my needs and slim body rather than excessive volume.
(But the volume.. is no joke, right..?)
Honestly, if I had gotten greedier here and put in a lot more cc or made it more excessive, I think I would regret it. I also wanted to improve my stress, but I didn’t want to put too much strain on my body. Since my body is thin, I wanted breasts with a certain amount of volume... so I’m even more satisfied...☆
There are probably more people who don’t have as many unfavorable conditions as I did, so I think other people will have a wider range of choices!! Even the tissue softness I didn’t expect started getting softer day by day as soon as one month passed.
My friends touched my breasts and kept touching them because they said they felt soft and squishy, you know? They said it was fascinating... From right after surgery to day 7, they were hard. When I had surgery, I wondered when this would loosen up.. but now they’re really soft and squishy, and it’s honestly fascinating.. I don’t think you need to worry separately about tissue feel.
When I’ve touched other people’s skin up to now, I haven’t seen many skin types as tight and firm as mine, so if mine can get this soft.. I think other people’s will get even better!
For the implant material, I also debated between Motiva and Mentor Xtra, but maybe because I went with Mentor Xtra, it somehow feels even better. Even if I could go back, I think I’d choose Mentor Xtra☆
I’m satisfied even now at 6 months, and when I think that the tissue will soften more over time, I’m not worried at all..!!!
If you have a similar body type to mine, or breasts with many difficult issues you’re really worried about, Director Lee Jae-soo checks everything very carefully and places more importance on shape and safety, so I think you’ll really trust him. Those who already have their own breast tissue.. what more can I say, what more can I say, you’ll just.. look pretty no matter what you do ^_^
Since he is a one-doctor clinic, he takes good care of everything from consultation to aftercare. I go at least once a month, and they do ultrasound to soften the tissue, give scar injections if I want, and regularly check the shape and even look at my underwear.. Director, you’re the best...><
(Honestly, sometimes I don’t want to go because it’s annoying... but rather, the director and manager.. schedule dates for me to receive care....)
These things move me more than 100 times over..♡ If you’re considering aftercare too, I recommend Next! I’ve had most cosmetic surgeries, starting from eyes, nose, face liposuction and so on, but breast surgery is truly my highest satisfaction.
