Breast Surgery Reviews

One-week review of breast fat grafting

I was stressed because of my small breasts and was even considering implant surgery, but then I learned about fat grafting and had a consultation, and it turned out to be such a suitable surgery for me! (lots of fat) Thanks to the kind consultation, I decided on the spot and scheduled the surgery! I had it done by Director Nam Sang-jae, and on the day of surgery, when I woke up after sleeping, I felt a bit stiff, but there was no other painful area, so I took public transportation home without any problem. On the first night, there wasn’t anything particularly uncomfortable, and my lower back was uncomfortable because I had to sleep straight on my back, but I thought, for my breasts, this much is something I should endure, so I paid attention and slept On day 2, I went to the hospital for a follow-up and disinfection, but walking was still hard Rather than pain, it felt like muscle soreness? After disinfection, I also received a compression garment, and actually, once I wore it, walking became easier. My breasts and legs started bruising overall from that day. Day 3, as soon as I opened my eyes, I gently showered, ate properly for engraftment, and tried to use my arms as little as possible. My breasts are precious.. They said swelling goes down the most until week 3, so I check every day, and so far I’m satisfied. Day 4, my body still felt stiff and the bruising seemed to be getting darker, so I was a bit worried, but it hadn’t been long yet, so I decided to keep watching! Days 5 and 6, should I say the swelling in my legs felt like it was gradually moving downward? My calves were also stiff, and after I took a short walk, the swelling seemed to go down overall. Day 7, I stopped by the hospital for a follow-up, listened to the explanation, and received leg swelling care! Somehow my breasts feel like they’re gradually becoming softer like my own breasts, and maybe because of that, they kept feeling like they were pulling downward, so wearing underwear felt more comfortable. Once the swelling went down, since I barely had breasts to begin with, I thought they hadn’t become dramatically bigger, but when I put on underwear, wow, the silhouette itself is different So far I’m satisfied, and it definitely seems like eating well helps maintain engraftment better.
