It’s been a little over a month since I had breast surgery. I’m 154 cm tall and had a small chest, so because my pelvis and waistline looked straight up and down, I felt like my body looked too childlike, and it had been stressing me out. So I wanted a figure that went in where it should and came out where it should, so I decided to get breast augmentation. At first, I was thinking about the transaxillary incision, but I heard the inframammary incision recovers faster, so after the consultation, I decided to go with the inframammary incision. I got Motiva implants, 380 cc and 360 cc.
On the day of surgery, I think the pain was bearable. It hurt less than I expected, just a kind of throbbing pain? So I don’t think I felt much discomfort in daily life. Instead, wearing the compression bra was a bit uncomfortable for me Since I originally didn’t have much breast volume, I didn’t really wear bras often either, so having to wear a compression bra was the hardest part... How does everyone tolerate wearing the compression bra? I thought getting prettier is really hard.
Oh, and for the inframammary incision scar, I applied the ointment consistently without missing it, and I think it has really faded a lot for being only one month post-op! Honestly, I don’t think anyone would notice unless they looked from under the breast. Once the breast tissue loosens and drops a bit, I feel like it won’t be visible unless I lift the breast and look.
The breast tissue seems to be loosening from its tight feeling with each passing week. But it’s not super soft and squishy yet. How should I put it... maybe like the feel of one of those bouncy balls we played with in elementary school after some air has gone out of it.... lol
Still, after getting breast surgery, it’s really fun wearing tight clothes. Now that my body has more curves, clothes look totally different when I wear them. I hope the tissue gets even softer soon. Is time the only answer? Is there any way to make them soften faster?
