Breast Surgery Reviews

A review like no other: insanely detailed stem-cell breast fat grafting surgery review, days 1-3

Hi everyone~ Sorry I’m late I was originally going to post the day before yesterday or yesterday, but I kept getting so sleepy.. I slept two or three times in a single day.. Still, I didn’t forget to take photos, so please forgive me..! Anyway, finally, 3 days ago, on Friday, November 8, I got stem-cell breast fat grafting!!! I was going to post my consultation review first, but actually I had a consultation once a year ago, and nothing had changed from then, so I just went ahead with it I’m planning to post the surgery review like days 1-3, week 1, week 2, week 3, month 1, month 2, and so on! Then I’ll cut to the chase and start!! Ah, I wanted to do explanation-photo-explanation, but I guess that doesn’t work Too bad, but I’ll attach all the photos at once, so please look at them separately! (And back to clipped casual style)

< November 8 (Day 1 after surgery) > There were only two doctors at the hospital, so I felt reassured that there wouldn’t be any ghost-doctor proxy surgery. Because the two directors each handle the grafting and the liposuction, both of them came in and performed the surgery. I had a consultation with the grafting director, and when he asked, “How would you like it done?” I answered, “Just, well..” and right away he asked like a machine, “As much and as prettily as possible within the limit where side effects won’t occur?” I just answered, “Oh.. yes.. that’s right.” (A year ago, with ultrasound, they had measured how many centimeters of glandular breast tissue, fat, and muscle I had in my breasts, and how much fat I would need for a large amount to go in. In my case, rather than fat, my muscle and glandular breast tissue were thicker, and we had ended the consultation saying about 320-340 cc would go in.) Before that, during the consultation with the consultant, she said that if I also had accessory breast liposuction, my breasts would look bigger, but I postponed paying, saying I’d do it then if the director recommended it too. The director said that if the accessory breast tissue was removed, the bulge in the armpit would disappear and the breast would start right away, so the breasts would indeed look bigger, and since they could do it together from the grafting area during liposuction anyway, there wouldn’t be any additional scarring. So since I was doing it anyway, I decided to do accessory breast liposuction too. And if you look at my photos below, you might be able to tell, but I have slightly uneven breasts. But the side I thought was smaller was different from the side the director saw as smaller So we decided he would look during surgery and adjust the left-right symmetry. After the consultation ended, the grafting director first designed on my breasts, and with a blue marker? he drew super skillfully, swoosh swoosh. Then the liposuction director came in and designed on my thigh area and he was drawing while sighing I guess there was too little fat on my thighs. He lightly pressed my thigh, drew again, and so on It kind of felt like, can this work..? In the end, if there wasn’t enough fat, we decided to take some from the front thighs too. To say the result first, there wasn’t enough fat, and they harvested front-thigh fat from both groin areas, so I ended up with 2 more incision sites. The final number of incision sites became 9 ㄷㄷ Grafting sites: armpits 2 + areolae 2 Harvest sites: (armpits 2) + groin 2 + under-buttock creases 2 + tailbone 1 I had forgotten from the last consultation, so I hadn’t thought of it, but the grafting sites were definitely fixed as 4 total: armpits and areolae. Anyway, 9 sites ㄷㄷ I was lying in the recovery room for a bit, and a nurse drew my blood and left the needle hub? part inserted in my arm as it was.

-Entering the operating room- I was surprised because it felt so much like an operating room. I thought that at least if I was lying on a hospital bed, anesthesia would start, and while I was unconscious, the staff would handle it themselves, like picking up disinfectant cotton? with forceps and swiping it over the liposuction areas, making incisions.. that kind of thing. But suddenly they told me to take off my slippers and gown and stand in the middle of a cloth. When I stood there, two nurses said, “It’s cold~” and, holding something like a watering can, sprayed brown liquid (probably povidone?) all over the front and back of my body. I became a brown person from below my neck No, I thought I’d go into some machine and it would automatically go bzzzz shaaah!!! Like the thing in Ratatouille where the rats get disinfected before cooking, I thought I’d go in and be automatically disinfected!!! What is this!!! I was holding back laughter because it was funny, then I held another nurse’s two hands and lay face down with my arms spread on an operating table shaped like a cross They connected the line to the hub? part on my arm. With both arm parts of the cross gathered forward and either my legs lifted or my upper body bent, anyway I was in some strange nosediving seal-like shape, trembling from the cold, and that’s the last thing I remember before passing out..

-After surgery- They say the director came to tell me the surgery results, but because of the anesthesia I remember absolutely none of it According to the friend who came to pick me up, I apparently kept saying thank you, thank you to the director,, What I remember is that when I opened my eyes, I somehow got help standing up from the bed(?), and a staff member put the compression garment on me one step at a time. Feeling kind of drunk and half-asleep, I was supported by my friend and went to eat Buldak rose jjimdak. I guess I had said I wanted to eat it And in other reviews, people said the grafted area, the breasts, didn’t really feel like anything, and the thighs hurt like muscle soreness? as if they had done ten thousand squats, and that sitting down hurt like crazy.. But for me, neither hurt. Only my breasts felt a bit tight? My thighs didn’t hurt at all. Even when sitting on the toilet, I didn’t feel anything… And I thought my breasts would become super full, but they weren’t as much as I expected, so I was a little disappointed. Still, when I grabbed them? or when they lightly brushed against my wrist, from that feeling, they definitely do seem bigger than before. When I asked the hospital how many cc they put in, they said 340 cc went into each side. I asked why both sides were the same when I have uneven breasts, and they said it’s not so much that the sizes of the two breasts are different, but that the inner side? of the right breast feels different. I don’t know, but I guess the inner structure is just a bit different, so it looked like the size was different. Ah, but 340 cc…? Isn’t that too little…? No, but the doctor said he put in as much as possible within the limit where there would be no side effects…! This is why I said the starting assets are important If you don’t have breast tissue, the breast skin is taut (doesn’t stretch well), so a lot can’t go in.. If 340 cc has a 70% survival rate and 238 cc remains, that means becoming a little over one and a half cup sizes bigger (140 cc per cup) Then since I was originally a full A, I do think I’ll become a C… but a full C might be difficult I kept thinking about this. Oh, and I was originally on day 3 of my period then, so I had surgery with a tampon in And I didn’t dare try taking off the compression garment, so I just washed my face, brushed my teeth, and fell asleep face down.

< November 9 (Day 2 after surgery) > When I woke up in the morning and raised my body from the bed, I started to feel a wait-what kind of pain in my breasts. Like the feeling of destroying the pectoralis major with 5 sets of 100 reps on the butterfly machine at the gym (look it up please)..? And pain of exactly the same degree started being felt in my thighs too When sitting down, I sat while making an aaagh sound. My bed is a loft bed, so I have to go up and down a ladder, but it wasn’t so painful that I couldn’t climb up. No, and my period stopped ㄷㄷ I wondered if it had ended, so I asked the hospital, and they said it could happen because my body rhythm was disrupted, so I decided to wait for now.. Originally today I had to remove the gauze from the incision sites, apply povidone, and change them to bandages, but I forgot to buy povidone. (10 p.m.) There was a pharmacy open until 1 a.m., so I went and bought it, but just then my dad came home after exercising, so I just decided to do it tomorrow.. I tried taking off and putting on the compression garment by myself as a test, and I could put it on better than expected.

< November 10 (Day 3 after surgery) > Since yesterday I thought my feet seemed a bit swollen, and then they became Doraemon feet. (Photo attached) I didn’t really feel that my breast size had gone down, and the pain in my breasts and thighs was similar to yesterday or a little worse. Until now, I had only seen bio-bond described in writing, so I didn’t really know what it was, but when I took off the compression garment, I realized, so this is bio-bond..! I’m taking the medication diligently three times a day after meals. In the morning, my mom helped me remove the gauze, apply povidone, and put on bandages hehe. For the first time, I saw what the sutured incision sites looked like. Looking at them, I don’t think the scars will remain very large. (Photo attached) During the consultation, I was told the scars would remain about 7-8 mm. They said they’ll remove the stitches in 2 weeks, so I’ll try to leave a review then too. For two days after surgery, I didn’t have a big bowel movement (ddong), so I figured the signal would slowly come, and sure enough it did. It hurt when sitting on the toilet, so I sat down very slowly.. And since I have to go to my part-time job tomorrow, I have to wash my hair tonight. I haven’t washed my hair for three days now ㄷㄷ First I’ll try by myself, and if it doesn’t work, I’ll use the mom chance or go to a hair salon. I’ll try adding a review of washing my hair later too. Aaahhhhhh review for days 1-3 over!!! Because I live with my parents, it wasn’t as easy to hide as I expected…!! They found my medicine bag and I thought I was screwed, but I often get cystitis, so I lied and said it was for cystitis.. If they ask what the compression garment is, I’ll say they’re fleece-lined leggings.. Heoheh My boyfriend and I are currently long-distance overseas, so we video call, and he keeps pestering me as usual to show him(?) (hehheh), but I had the surgery while keeping it secret from him so I keep saying no, it’s annoying… Anyway… in the remaining reviews, if there are any size changes, I’ll write those down too… so please read a lot, and if you have anything else you’re curious about, leave a comment~ And I tried to take photos from as many angles as possible, but if there’s an angle or photo you want to see more of, leave a comment! I’ll include it in the next review Then I’ll see you in the next review, everyone~
