3-week review after stem cell breast fat grafting

It has been 3 weeks since I had surgery with Director Kim Jae-in at Glovi. I had 1300 cc removed from my thighs (600 cc from the front, 700 cc from the back/flanks), and because I had uneven breasts and asymmetry, I was told they injected 300 cc on the right and 280 cc on the left. During weeks 1 and 2, the right side, where more fat was injected, had bruising and more swelling than the left, so it looked asymmetric, but now the bruising has gone down a lot and the swelling has gone down to some extent, so the symmetry and volume seem to be gradually balancing out. The texture is gradually becoming softer, but the upper area where fat was injected still feels firm and like lumps of fat. For fat engraftment, I’m not dieting right now and am only moving around a little after meals. At the moment, I don’t have any breast tightness. The bruising on the thighs where fat was removed has faded a lot. I’m not sure whether the swelling has gone down or is still going down, but compared with before, the extra flesh on my legs is gradually getting more refined. During weeks 1 and 2, sleeping was very uncomfortable, and I had tightness in my legs when sitting down and standing up, but now I don’t have discomfort when sleeping, and the leg tightness is gradually improving. I developed firm fibrotic lumps that I didn’t have during weeks 1 and 2. It seems like a temporary process that happens as the swelling goes down. Because I want to get rid of the tightness in my legs quickly, I do leg splits while lying down and L-shaped stretching every night. After doing them, I definitely don’t feel the tightness, and my body feels lighter the next day! The scars are still brown because it’s only week 3, but I plan to keep applying scar ointment consistently to manage them.
