It’s been over 4 months, and I did it through the transaxillary approach. I think I would have regretted it if I’d done the inframammary fold incision. In my case, I’m thin and don’t usually wear sleeveless tops, so I chose the transaxillary approach. They say the breasts come down anyway and cover the inframammary fold scar, but I don’t think it would have been completely hidden,, The advantage of the transaxillary approach is that as the scar fades, it looks like a natural armpit crease, so it doesn’t feel out of place. The downsides are that it’s inconvenient to apply ointment and you can’t wear sleeveless tops for two or three months?? After surgery, of course you can’t use your arms comfortably for a while.. Everyone who doesn’t wear sleeveless tops often, I recommend the transaxillary approach! I wanted to go as large as possible, enough to want a D–E cup, and now I’m exactly a 75E cup. They say you can wear underwire bras after 3 months, right? So I became a bra collector and I think I spent over 1 million won just on underwear.. Now I’ve lost interest lol I was really worried about a bowl-like shape or rippling, but so far it’s completely fine and the feel is good too. Rather than a fully sagging, soft and squishy natural breast, it feels closer to a non-sagging, firm, elastic natural breast. The feel will get even better going forward, but time is moving so slowly..
