Basic information Height/weight: 160 cm / 50.5 kg Cup: 75AAAAA Breast base: 12.5 on both sides Chest circumference: upper 78 / under 72 Implant size: Sebbin Sub, left 365 / right 330 Surgery: dual-plane / transaxillary incision / accessory breast tissue removal Body type: chest wall is wide compared with my body type, severe scoliosis, left rib protrudes more, breasts are positioned rather high → I went in thinking of Mentor implants, but was recommended Sebbin Sub because it would give better results for my body type, so I proceeded with Sebbin Sub **These photos have not been edited at all~:)**
2. Day of surgery The surgery was scheduled to start at 10:30, so I came in by 9:30 for surgery preparation. The clinic staff were really kind, and the director personally explained the surgical precautions one-on-one to the patient, so I trusted them even more. Also, the director had such strong pride in the surgery, and after having it done, I understood why. It wasn’t empty talk! They said they create a work of art, and it was really true!!!!! I was so satisfied when I saw my breasts on the day of surgery~ Everyone in the operating room was also so kind, helped me not feel nervous, and encouraged me. After the surgery, when I came to the recovery room, I was in so much pain Director Park asked me if I usually bruise easily, and when I said yes, he said my blood vessels were very weak, so they bled even with slight contact. But he said he controlled the bleeding well while proceeding, and that because my chest muscles were strong, I would probably have a lot of pain After getting one more painkiller injection, the pain settled down, and after drinking water, I felt like I could live again. It hurt, but it wasn’t to the point of being unbearable, so I even changed clothes by myself.
3. Day 3 (peak swelling) Days 1 to 3 were the hardest. From the next day, the swelling was severe, so the compression bra felt tight and rubbed my skin, and I also developed a bandage allergy. On day 6, I asked the consultant and removed the bandages that had been attached On days 1 to 3, it hurt whenever I moved my chest muscles, and there was a slight feeling of heat. Other than that, there was no problem with daily life, so I went for walks and went to the mart and things like that~
4. Day 7 (hospital visit) Finally, the hospital visit!! Before seeing Director Park, I received capsular management first, and as soon as I took off the compression bra, I really felt like I could live again. But when the staff member and consultant saw my rubbed skin, they comforted me and said it must have been really hard. But after receiving capsular management, my skin really became softer! So fascinating haha Then I saw Director Park, and I told him that they look so pretty now and that they were so pretty even on the day of surgery. He said that even in his own view, the shape came out really well, and that normally the one-week mark is when the shape looks the least pretty, so if it looks this good now, the result will probably get better and better over time! I had only been lurking, but when I wore a Doshira and bra, it looked so pretty, and he personally checked everything about me putting on the underwear too. As expected, Director Park is meticulous even with small details!!! (I thought a million more times that I was glad I had it done at this clinic!!! haha) But I was told to keep wearing the upper band for one more week for now so I have to keep wearing the upper band
