I’m in my mid-30s, and it has been 8 years since my breast augmentation surgery. I never imagined that my implant might have ruptured. At first, I only thought about getting a regular ultrasound or imaging test, but I was told it would be better to examine the condition of the implant accurately and in detail. Dr. ㄷㄷㅂㅇ is also well known for implant checkups, and from recent reviews, I saw that they also use AI, so I got it done. I was so surprised by how detailed the AI diagnostic report was. The report showed that the left silicone implant had ruptured and that the internal contents had invaded as far as the capsule, marked by color and cross-section, so I could understand it right away just by looking. What I liked most during the consultation with the doctor was that they didn’t just push implant removal surgery or Motiva revision surgery unconditionally, but considered my current physical condition, lifestyle, recovery period, scars, and future plans. They also honestly explained the pros and cons of an axillary incision vs an inframammary fold incision In the end, I decided on implant removal & capsulectomy surgery. This time, I really felt deeply that even if breast surgery looks fine on the outside, you don’t know what is happening inside. I strongly recommend not thinking, “It’ll get better with time,” and getting a regular checkup at least once. They said I was also a case that came in very late. Thinking about having removal surgery feels overwhelming but still, I’m glad I checked before it got even later.
