Height: 158 cm Weight: 57-58 kg Chest circumference: 75 cm Bust circumference: 81 cm Implants: Mentor Xtra 325 cc (same on both sides) Surgical method: transaxillary incision / subfascial placement Characteristics: - Around 75AA, basically no existing breast tissue - Exercise = likes high-intensity training (CrossFit, heavy weights)
Reasons I chose this hospital: - At consultations at other hospitals, they only recommended dual-plane placement. Since I like exercising, I wanted to have the surgery with subfascial placement, and the doctor said very confidently that both subfascial placement and a transaxillary incision were possible, so I trusted him. - A hospital famous for short surgery time (short surgery time = less bleeding = faster recovery = the doctor has good skill = higher chance of getting the painless recovery) - No pressure about implants, recommended a natural size - Close to Sinnonhyeon Station (since I have to go to the hospital every week, I also considered location important) - Not a factory-style hospital, a hospital with one head doctor and an anesthesiologist on-site - Most hospitals are like this these days, but unlimited Caps and CCTV review available
After surgery: - Thankfully, I got the painless recovery - There is absolutely no breast swelling and it does not hurt at all - They said the accessory breast removal would hurt, and it really does hurt, with severe swelling + bruising - I felt so fine that starting the next day I went grocery shopping at the mart, walked around the neighborhood, and did everything - On day 3, I could bend over to wash my hair and shower by myself - On day 4, I could wash my hair without bending over
Overall: - As someone who had no breasts my whole life, they are still like bouncy balls (day 5), but my satisfaction is high - Once the tissue softens and the feel improves, I think my satisfaction will go even higher - I am really looking forward to how clothes will fit now - It hurts so much less than I worried it would that it is almost surprising
