My mandibular angle under the ear disappeared after facial contouring haha

Hello, it’s been one month since I had three-part facial contouring surgery!! My face was usually very angular, I felt like my face looked big, and I seemed to have a square jaw on the sides, so I was really stressed and worried about it! I heard the director at the facial contouring clinic was good at dramatic results, so I went for a consultation, scheduled the surgery date, and got the surgery done lol. I thought facial contouring absolutely had to be three-part!! Since I was doing it anyway, my mindset was: reduce the cheekbones, reduce the mandibular angle under the ear, and make the chin tip slim! lol. Thankfully, that suited my facial proportions, and the director said it was possible, so I did it! At week 4, the swelling under my chin has definitely gone down a lot compared with week 2, so my jawline seems to be gradually coming back! But although it doesn’t show in photos, I do have some candy-in-the-mouth swelling, and I guess this will gradually go down, right? Also, the pain I was worried about is completely gone, and I can open my mouth very well, but because of the cheekbones, I’m opening it just a little at a time! Just being careful! People around me, maybe because I’m still swollen, say only something like, did you lose weight? unless they look closely. After surgery, I really like that my cheekbones seem to have gone in a lot, and when I lower my head and turn it, seeing that the mandibular angle under the ear is really lower and my face looks slimmer lets me mentally win against the swelling lol. I’m not doing any special aftercare, but I think I need to manage it diligently! What’s really nice about the clinic is that whenever I contact them after surgery with questions, they reply quickly, and the consultant is kind, so it feels like a place where you can have surgery and recover in a good mood!!
