[Reason for surgery] I was stressed because my face looked broad and flat even when I lost weight. I hated that I always looked puffy in videos or photos compared to real life, so I decided to have surgery.
[Immediately after surgery] My cheekbones were somewhat okay, but my chin hurt so, so much... I’m usually good at tolerating pain, but for the first 1-2 days right after surgery, it hurt so badly that even though I took the maximum amount of painkillers and forced myself to endure it, I wanted to die...
[7 months after surgery] It’s been about 7 months now. Most of the swelling has gone down, and there is still some swelling in the front chin area when viewed from the front? Since it’s an area where I don’t use the muscles much, it seems to be the last to go down? The swelling also moves downward...
Overall, I’m satisfied with the cheekbone area because I can really see that it has been reduced, but I think I’ll only know about the chin after more swelling goes down... Right now it feels like my chin has become slightly longer
People around me don’t really notice even when I tell them, maybe because it looks natural...! Of course, I do hear a lot that I lost weight and my face looks slimmer.
Anyway, overall I think it’s better than before I had it done.
