One-week review of under-eye fat repositioning + full-face facial fat grafting

I had under-eye fat repositioning + full-face fat grafting on 10/31!! On 11/7, I finally removed the under-eye tape hahaha. When I first removed the tape and looked, the hollow around the tear trough was still there, so I thought, nothing changed..? But when I took photos and compared before and after, it had changed haha. In terms of how it improved, I think the horizontal hollow improved like in the drawing!! The diagonal hollow under the inner corner of the eye seems like it can't be fixed unless you get under-eye fat grafting So I think people whose under-eye hollowness is more circular? will see a pretty big effect from under-eye fat repositioning, while people with severe diagonal grooves may not feel a relatively big effect. From the side, before it felt like the area from under the eyes to the front cheek went inward continuously like in the drawing, but now the aegyo-sal and cheek protrude similarly, and the under-eye area feels more recessed. I'm not good at drawing, so I don't know if this will come across well Oh, and since I only did under-eye fat repositioning and facial fat grafting, I think the improvement around the tear trough is less. I'm satisfied with the facial fat grafting, so I'm going to get a second round, and when I go for the second round of facial fat grafting, I'm thinking of also getting under-eye micro fat grafting!! Today I removed the tape and tried makeup too, and it's amazing when doing makeup!!!! So convenient!!!! The before-and-after change with makeup is bigger than the change bare-faced!! Before, even if I tried hard to cover it, it couldn't all be covered, but now it feels perfectly covered with just a little concealing!!! This was my first cosmetic surgery, so I went through a process of having huge expectations, then worrying even about tiny swelling, then feeling a bit disappointed, but after looking in the mirror all day today, I think it's actually a relief that there wasn't a dramatic change!! (With makeup, the dark circles do disappear dramatically.) It would be nice if I changed like I Photoshopped myself however I wanted, but that could come with changes I don't want too. So rather than thinking, 'Whoa, what is this, how do I get rid of it!!' I think it's better to think, 'Huh, the change isn't that big, did I do it for nothing..?' and now I'm satisfied hahaha. No but with facial fat grafting, at first I wondered if I did it for nothing?? But now I'm completely, completely satisfied, so I hope it doesn't go down any more than this
