I had double eyelid surgery before... but one side ended up buried like an inner double eyelid, and the other side half came undone like an overlapping crease. It was a complete mess, so I even cried wondering if there was really a clinic that could correct this I’m usually pretty calm, but when the surgery went wrong, it really shook me mentally. After that, I actually lived while madly searching for posts about double eyelid revision surgery and taking comfort in stories from people who had surgery and improved. Then one day I thought, instead of being this depressed, I should get revision surgery! So I decided to get eye revision surgery from Director Yoo Kyung-han at Geunal, the clinic from the review I had read the most. Fortunately, the time when I had surgery wasn’t quite peak season, so it wasn’t as hard to get an appointment as I had worried! Getting straight to the point, up until 1 week after surgery, the bruising and swelling went down more slowly than I expected, so I was a bit worried. Still, the double eyelid line that had been buried and not visible before was clearly revealed, so my overall impression became more open and refreshed, which was nice in many ways. By the 1-month mark, the bruising had completely disappeared, and only a little swelling remained? Now that it’s been 3 months, this is the real result... everything has fully settled, and the line has come down exactly to the position I wanted hehe I also wanted to get a lash perm, and since about 3 months have passed now, it should be okay to do it, right? hehe The symmetry of both double eyelids is well balanced, so I’m very, very satisfied!
