It’s been about 2 weeks since I had lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning at Tobi, and the bulging area has flattened out, so people have been saying I look much better. It’s a surgery I really recommend, and I’m satisfied!!! The more the swelling goes down, the better it looks, so I definitely think it’s effective.
