It’s now been 1 month since I had triple buried-suture double eyelid surgery together with ptosis correction at a clinic 😊 Right after surgery, the swelling wasn’t as bad as I expected, and I recovered with almost no major swelling. There was only slight bruising, but that also faded naturally over time, and now it’s barely noticeable haha It hasn’t fully settled yet, so sometimes when I blink or close my eyes tightly and open them again, I feel a slight pulling sensation, but there’s no discomfort at all in daily life. I have protruding eyes, so I originally tend to sleep with my eyes slightly open, and they explained that if I got ptosis correction, I might sleep with them even more open. That was what I was most worried about, but in reality, it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping with my eyes excessively open, and even after waking up, my eyes don’t feel dry or uncomfortable, so I felt very relieved. The line has also become much softer after a month, and the thick-looking feeling from the swelling has almost disappeared. I think there is still a little minor swelling left, but overall my eyes already look natural, so I’m satisfied haha I think they’ll look even prettier once they settle more, so I’m enjoying waiting for that!
