Hello! I originally lived with inner double eyelids, but at some point I started using double eyelid tape, and my eyes became unable to go back to inner double eyelids.. Putting on double eyelid tape every morning was stressful, so I decided I needed double eyelid surgery! People around me said it would be good to go around to several clinics for consultations, but the plastic surgery clinic where my older sister had her revision surgery felt trustworthy, so I had a same-day consultation there and got the surgery right away! I get very nervous when I go to clinics, but during the consultation they were kind and checked everything carefully, which was nice~ The director recommended epicanthoplasty, so I did it together! My older sister said Director Lee Han-byeol only recommends what is necessary, so I trusted them and went ahead with it right away!! Before double eyelid surgery, no matter how hard I did my makeup, my facial features did not look distinct in photos, so I was stressed, but after getting double eyelid surgery, taking photos feels fun haha Maybe because it was natural adhesion, there was less swelling and almost no pain! (except when removing the epicanthoplasty stitches..) On the day of surgery, it felt like it ended with no pain at all, to the point where I wondered, “Is it really over?” I’m looking forward to the swelling going down more and my eyes settling even more beautifully.
