This is a review of lower blepharoplasty + micro fat grafting under the eyes! The first and second photos are before lower blepharoplasty, and the third and fourth photos are after surgery! The first photo is bright, so the dark circles don’t look severe, but in reality, like in the second photo, the dark circles extended down below the tear troughs, and the under-eye area was puffy It has been about 5 weeks after surgery, and if you look at the third photo, the under-eye area became flat, and aside from the pigmented dark circles, it improved a lot! In particular, the reddish dark circles under my eyes improved a lot and became flat, so the dark circles improved significantly! If you look at the fourth photo, the dark circles became much lighter haha. There is still some swelling left and maybe a little bruising? but I think I’ll be even more satisfied after a few months~ I had it done by Director Lee Han-eol at Opening. I had only planned to receive a surgical consultation, but he suggested a surgical method suitable for my symptoms and said it was a case that would improve a lot, so I ended up having surgery the same day, and I’m really satisfied haha
