I was a student with monolids and puffy eyes that protruded, living with the nickname Pepe. I wore double eyelid tape every day and eventually got double eyelid surgery. I had double eyelid surgery, medial canthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty all done. To get to the point, I do like that my eyes got bigger, but because of something like suture marks from where they stitched the medial canthoplasty area, scars still remain there as they are.. I even once ended up with uneven eyes and had revision surgery.. But it seemed like the scar had already formed badly when I first had the medial canthoplasty. I’m so upset that even these days I keep looking for clinics that can remove the scar on my under-eye aegyo-sal area….. If you get medial canthoplasty, absolutely do not let them put stitches in your aegyo-sal.. If it scars, the aegyo-sal looks split into two. Other than that, honestly, I’m satisfied. But I really want to do something about my aegyo-sal..
