I got pretty much every option added and had surgery: nostril base reduction, left lateral osteotomy, nasal bridge, nasal tip, lowering the nostril rim, correction of dragon nose, philtrum nose, and so on. For now, except for my nose having a bit of an upturned-nose tendency, I’m very, very satisfied. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage, I’m definitely scared the nasal tip might droop... As long as it feels less like a short nose, I think it’s really good. I’m so happy that the size of my nostrils got smaller.
