Please give me wise advice on whether I should have revision eye surgery!

I’m a man who had fat removal and the buried-suture method 9 months ago. I’m thinking about revision surgery with the buried-suture method again. The photo above is of my eyes looking straight ahead, and the one below is of my eyes looking slightly downward. For the first two or three months after the initial surgery, it looked natural, almost as if I hadn’t had surgery, but now rather than feeling natural, it’s gone too far and there’s no sign at all that I had it done. Overall, considering I had double eyelid surgery, my eyes feel small and droopy. So I went to the hospital where I had it done for a consultation, and they said the right eye (left side in the photo) hasn’t come undone, but it has drooped a lot, so they could correct it to match the left eye (right side in the photo). But they were definitely against touching the left eye (right side in the photo) again. If I’m going to go through the trouble of having a correction anyway, I want to set the line of the left eye just 1 mm higher and match the other side to that. But the doctor said that because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is short, it would look unnatural and I would regret it. Also, since I’m a man too, if the line is going to look unnatural and sausage-like, I’d rather choose to live satisfied with these eyes. So I’m not considering incisional surgery or anything like that at all. But I want to raise it no more and no less than exactly 1 mm, and I keep wondering whether it would become unnatural enough that I’d regret it. These days I’m really debating whether to do it or not, and I feel like everyone here, who is more objective and unbiased about cosmetic surgery than anyone, will give good advice. Please take into account that I’m male when you look at it*^^*
