The previous surgery made my nose a bit long, so I had it done naturally, but my columella was very long before, so I asked them to shorten it a little and not let the columella go in too much, but now it’s been a week and it looks like the columella has gone in a bit. Will it come down once the swelling goes down? It looks too much like a pig nose, my lips look raised, and my philtrum looks long too. It was a nose where the nostrils couldn’t be seen, but now the nostrils are visible, and from the side the columella and nostril line look straight, and the tip of the nose is pointing up at the sky. It has come down a little now, but because the columella is flat, from the front the nose and the line under the nostrils are in a straight line
