I had surgery, but how should I put it .. lololol

I have a bulbous nose and even my nasal tip is on the round side, so the side view could be covered up to some extent, but the front view was the real problem, so I was considering nose surgery Even when I would always ask my friends, should I get nose surgery.. they would answer, yeah, why not? That is how much it was.. So after seeing that a friend around me had a good result, I went for a hospital consultation. The consultant and director were all really kind and treated me well, and there was no pressure at all. Actually, I said I wanted alar reduction too, but they stopped me and told me not to do it because once I had nose surgery, the alar area would naturally look smaller. At first, I went thinking I would not use an implant, but because I have a slight hump nose, they said just putting one in would be better than osteotomy, so I decided to do it this way haha. It has only been one month since surgery, so there is still a lot of swelling left, but after seeing my changed nose, I already like it so much that even with bruising and all, I just go around taking selfies.. lol. My friends around me tell me to please calm down a bit lololol what are they saying.. haha. Definitely, when viewed from the front, now that the nose holds the center firmly, I feel like I have become similar to the look I wanted, so I like it so much.. I do wonder if I should have raised it a little more? Or if I should have just done alar reduction, but if it came out looking artificial, I think it would not suit me, so my mind keeps going back and forth every day haha. I am satisfied, but maybe it is because my greed has no end. It is not just me, right/>lol?
