I had a severe bulbous nose, so I had my first surgery as a minor using the closed approach, and it turned out so natural that no one could tell. For my second surgery, I used costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage. This place is also famous for doing flashy-looking noses, and there was only one head surgeon, so I really went around for consultations before choosing it. But my nostrils are uneven, and my bulbous nose wasn’t corrected at all … Sigh, I think I’ll have to look into a third surgery.
