I originally had a bulbous nose, and because it was crooked I had revision surgery, but the shape of the nostrils is strange too (the shape when I smile became really weird) and the problem is that my nose is so crooked. I went to the hospital today and they said to keep observing the progress... I had Gore-Tex, but the Gore-Tex didn’t bend, and they said something about septal cartilage and this and that.... What should I do? Can’t the nostrils be undone again? I had revision surgery because the silicone was moving around, but maybe I should have just left it alone...
