I went for a consultation... I had just written this out diligently and clicked “Confirm,” but maybe I took too long writing... I had to log in again, and everything disappeared, so I’m posting it again..ㅡㅡ; I was going to get the consultation on the weekend, but I got bored waiting until then, so I tried to go on a weekday and ended up going at 7 after work... There was a couple who arrived before me... and when they saw me stride in energetically with a thick scarf wrapped around and around my neck... the nurse ladies looked a bit flustered...^^;;; When it was my turn and I went into the consultation room, Dr. Cheon was sitting there in surgical scrubs.. I said hello and sat down... but he continued looking at the online consultation post he had been reading, so I said, “You seem very busy,” and he said, “Ah.. the consultation post is quite long....” and immediately straightened up and seemed nervous... I was the one who came in for a surgery consultation and had no thoughts in particular.. but the doctor seemed quite shy and couldn’t really make eye contact... hul~ ㅡㅡ;;; He asked what I came in for, so I said eyes.. and when I said it was because my eyelashes were poking my eyes, he asked where they were poking... flipped my eyelid once to check... then told me to put my arm on the desk, and as always, used a wire-like stick to make and show me the line.. At first he made an infold line and asked how it looked, so I said I didn’t really like it, and he said, “It feels a bit stuffy, right?” and made an in-out fold line for me.. When I said, “This is better,” he said then let’s do an in-out fold with the buried suture method... He said I don’t have fat, and because the horizontal width is long, my eyes are suitable for double eyelid surgery, and that on the day of surgery we would definitely check the line and then proceed... I asked because people say the buried suture method comes undone easily, whether it wouldn’t come undone, and he said it usually doesn’t... I asked what happens if it does come undone.. He said he would do it again.. So I asked until when he would redo it if it came undone, and he said if it comes undone, he’ll just do it again... But if it’s only because the line size gets smaller and I want it redone, that wouldn’t be possible.... When I asked about the price.. he told me to discuss that with the manager... He said the surgery time is about 15 minutes... about 5 minutes for anesthesia.. and it would be over in about 10 minutes.. He said there was a surgery patient then.. and that while the manager and I were talking, he would probably have finished the surgery... It felt like he was getting it done in such a short time that it felt like a factory stamping out dolls...ㅡㅡ;; He told me to ask if there was anything else I was curious about... but as I said above, I had no thoughts in particular... so when I said I didn’t think there was anything... He told me to talk with the manager now... When I got up holding a bag, books, and scarf all in my arms... he quickly got up and kindly opened the door for me, saying, “It looks like your hands are full.” ㅋ~ The manager looked at the chart(?) and said I could do it with the buried suture method.. “Your eyes are already big, but they’ll get even bigger if you do it.. hong hong hong~” It was 900,000 won in cash.. and she asked for 100,000 won first... I set the appointment date and got up... She gave me a business card and a paper with the appointment date and account number written on it.. and told me goodbye, so I asked if there were any precautions before surgery.. and she said there were absolutely none.. just come in... This has been my consultation review... I decided to have surgery on the 4th.. I’ll post a surgery review too.. I’ve read reviews from people who had surgery here.. but I’d like to know specifically where they give the injections.... how many shots there are.. whether they apply a lot of anesthetic cream.. and what the clinic does for you once you come down from the operating table...^^
