Nose Surgery Reviews

If I use autologous costal cartilage, will there be no chance of the nasal tip lifting?

When I got my nose done a few years ago, they used silicone and ear cartilage, but as time passed, the bridge became crooked and the nasal tip lifted..... If it had only changed slightly, I was going to just live with it because the money would feel wasted, but it’s getting worse and worse, so I’m planning revision surgery Looking at reviews, it seems like many people use autologous costal cartilage for revision surgery. Would the line still look okay if I use autologous costal cartilage for both the bridge and the nasal tip? I absolutely don’t want to have a third surgery, so I want to do it as safely as possible I work in customer service, and because of the nature of my job, I can’t wear a mask, so since my nose looks strange, it really bothers me so much.. I’m looking at places that do an extremely natural style, like Jeongseok and Jeongwon. Please let me know whether autologous costal cartilage is okay in terms of side effects, and also if there are any clinics that do an extremely natural style.
