I went to the hospital today and had my hair washed. I feel so refreshed!!^^ I thought there would be some kind of skin care treatment, but it was just briefly getting infrared light shone on me.. Some hospitals have swelling care too..so that was a bit disappointing.. The doctor also said it turned out well. More than anything, I’m happy that now I can put the compression band on and take it off whenever I want. I can wash my face too^.^ The nurse saw my hair and told me to take off the compression band and massage it often. I had been doing my own thing, asking my younger sibling to hold it while I tapped it with a comb, but I guess it’s serious. She said if I don’t tap/massage it, blood can pool and it could even make a bald spot. Everyone, please massage your scalp often while you’re wearing the compression band. The doctor told me not to wear the compression band on the way home because it would be embarrassing(?), but I went to the movie theater, so I tied it on again. Seeing that the nurse also said I should wear it if possible, I guess it’s war with the compression band again.. And when I asked whether I should do cold compresses or warm compresses, she told me not to do either. After the stitches are removed, warm compresses are okay, but since the swelling is already at its peak now, I guess neither would really help much. I want to do something quickly to deal with this Dooly face..sob sob.. Oh, and I said my jaw felt strange because I had been eating way too much, and the doctor said he would take responsibility, so I should eat as much as I want. It’s day 3, and two fingers fit in easily..^^; I hope everyone eats lots and lots and gets healthy!!
