If I include the day I had jaw surgery, it’s day 4, and if I don’t, it’s day 3. Someone who had surgery on the same day told me about this community, so I came here. The site is really neat, and it has a search function too, so I really like it. I had only heard about this community often by word of mouth, and now I’m admiring how it really lives up to its name. ^^ I had my jaw shaved and had fat grafting to my forehead, chin, under-eyes, and nasolabial folds. The fat was taken from my thigh. The person who had surgery with me had it taken from the abdomen, and it seems the abdomen hurts. They were having a hard time. I wasn’t having that much difficulty. On the first day, it hurt less than I had braced myself for, but still, my head was spinning, my throat hurt, and anyway it was a bit tough. On the first day after surgery, I just came home, but at night I was spitting out phlegm, so I don’t know if I even slept one or two hours. By the second day, my face swelled more, phlegm kept coming up, and my nose was blocked as if I had a cold, so having to breathe through my mouth was hard. On the third day, I was more swollen than on the second day. On the fourth day, I feel a bit better. On my way home after going out, I bought omurice. I finished eating it a little while ago, and it was good. My face and the inside of my mouth are very swollen, but there is no problem moving my jaw, so I can fit two upright fingers in my mouth, and I was able to chew and eat things like the ham and vegetables in the omurice well. I think the surgical progress is good. I should be able to take the bandage off tomorrow. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow. ^^
