When I tried booking through the website, almost every time slot was open, so I easily booked the time I wanted. The moment I entered the hospital lobby, I was surprised. There were lots of tall single-person chairs packed tightly together like at a bus terminal, and every seat was filled. There were many foreigners too. As I was wandering around, a staff member told me where I could sit inside the hospital. I waited a long time, had a CT scan, waited a long time again, then had the consultation. The doctor came in wearing a surgical cap, but looked completely exhausted, so the consultation was brief. There was a printout of my facial photos, so I tried to take it with me, but they said I couldn’t. After spending two hours there, I was exhausted too, so I just left. What I liked most was seeing that they had put a name tag on my umbrella that I had left in front of the lobby. I was touched.
