During the consultation with the director, I was recommended both silicone and an implant-free option, but I was told that satisfaction with the shape may be lower with the implant-free option. They did not clearly say which one was better, and said it was my choice depending on the result I wanted. I was really torn because they explained it as if satisfaction could be lower if I did not use silicone, but since I personally strongly prefer a natural look, the implant-free review photos looked much prettier to me, so I felt less worried. I think they probably said that in case my preference was for a nose that is more glamorous? than this.
