Breast Surgery Reviews

I’ll leave an honest review at 3 months after breast surgery

Three months passed faster than I expected, and now much more of the discomfort I had before has gone away. -When it’s cold, I used to hunch my shoulders and body, which put tension into my chest muscles and made them feel kind of hard and uncomfortable, but that feeling has mostly gone away (I still feel it occasionally)-When I lie on my back, it feels totally fine, and lying on my side used to be uncomfortable, but it’s gradually becoming more comfortable-The discomfort from occasional stinging sensations in the inframammary incision, breast area, and cleavage area is gradually disappearing (it still happens sometimes)These were the main discomforts I felt, and seeing them go away over time makes me think that as the years pass, I might forget I even had surgery. And it’s definitely true that my breast shape is gradually becoming more natural and the feel is improving too.But I don’t think the feel has changed dramatically. It still feels firm, and I think it’s noticeable when I lie down! The doctor said the inframammary incision scar would improve more from the 3-month mark, and it’s definitely getting lighter, so unless I lift the breast and look closely, it isn’t visible.Everyone asks if they don’t feel heavy, and I didn’t really feel it much, but when I don’t wear a bra, maybe because the breasts sag, they do feel slightly heavy. And when running, I can feel them bouncing, so adjusting the straps is essential.I’m gradually feeling things I couldn’t feel before surgery. In comparison, I think my satisfaction is huge. When I go to the gym, even if I just wear a basic workout T-shirt, it has a nice fit, and even though I don’t usually have a glamorous body type, I feel much more glamorous. When I look at other women’s body shapes, I find myself noticing even more that the average female breast size is quite small. They looked so thin that I wanted to recommend breast surgery to them. (Before surgery, I probably looked like that too.)I feel more confident both to myself and in other people’s eyes. I mentioned before about the seat belt pressing between my breasts when driving, but now it feels stable, and the moments when I can confidently wear thin clothes, white clothes, and deep V-neck tops make me feel so good.If the pads in a sports bra are a little thick, now I remove the pads and wear nipple covers instead. (Because my chest looks even bulkier.)I’m also satisfied because the breast shape is what I wanted. I do wish the feel would improve more, but honestly, it’s not like it’s some jelly, and there are implants inside, so how much softer can I expect them to get? I realized I should let go of excessive expectations. So, in the end, would I recommend breast surgery? For me, I absolutely recommend it.However, I think anxiety about side effects is something you have to carry with you.In my opinion, if you’ve lived without any major health issues and haven’t had notable side effects from other surgeries you’ve had (for example, nose surgery?), I think it should be okay.If your breast complex or dissatisfaction with your breast size is that big, I can say, “Why not do it? Just do it!”The surgery process does feel like a major surgery, but I thought, everyone else gets through it, so there’s no reason I can’t. And I was relieved that I didn’t actually have any postoperative aftereffects or side effects. Of course, it differs from person to person, so I do think it’s true that it’s scary. Still, for now, I’m very, very satisfied and I recommend it!
