I used to have so much facial fat that whether I took a selfie or someone else said they’d take a picture of me, I really hated it because of my face fat,, It wasn’t just that I had a lot of fat; it was concentrated in my side cheeks and double chin, so my face looked wide, and from the side, my chin fat was really noticeable too When I took photos with a retouching app, it looked somewhat better, but I knew better than anyone that that wasn’t my real face,,,,,, Seeing the edited photos made me think, “So this is the kind of face I wanted,” and I felt a lot of reality checks too.
I had consistently tried dieting a lot over the years, and I made all kinds of efforts to lose facial fat, but none of it worked~~ But back then, I thought it was just because I had a lot of facial fat that it wasn’t working. When I went for a consultation, they said my facial fat also involved sagging, so it was even harder to lose,,,, At Saegim, they checked the amount of facial fat while looking with ultrasound, and there was too much fat in both my double chin and side cheeks, so in the end I got liposuction surgery,,
Honestly, after surgery, going home alone is totally doable, but it absolutely!!! doesn’t mean there’s no swelling, so I recommend bringing a hat or mask. But it doesn’t hurt. It’s just uncomfortable because it feels a bit tight,,
And around day 3, the bruising didn’t look severe, but it was the period when the swelling really came up, so it felt stuffy,, especially the compression band ^^ But it’s not like I just had a simple procedure; I had liposuction surgery, so I also thought it would be weirder if I looked totally fine;; For now, the hospital told me to wait and watch my recovery, so I waited.
I felt the swelling had gone down at one week, and after receiving care at the hospital like Healite laser and radiofrequency treatments, the swelling gradually went down!! Before that, daily life was totally possible, so everyone who goes to work, don’t worry,, And as it settled and gradually tightened onto my facial line, my satisfaction got even higher.
Now I’m two months post-op, and when I compare before and after, the difference is really big, so I feel like it was a good decision,,, People around me also keep asking if I lost weight, and objectively speaking, I’ve changed to the point where I look like someone who lost weight after an extreme diet.
If you’re someone like me whose facial fat won’t go away no matter what you do, I seriously recommend looking into it,,,
