I had surgery with only an in-line double eyelid and no canthoplasty, so it barely showed and failed. Through an acquaintance's recommendation, I proceeded with revision surgery plus full canthoplasty. The result was a huge success. They made sure the existing double-eyelid line would not form as two layers, and since I had all the canthoplasty procedures done, my eyes got much bigger too. Other people seem to think my eyes were naturally pretty. I'm so, so satisfied.
