On the day of surgery, after the anesthesia wore off, my eyes felt like they were being pinched all day, and my eyeballs hurt like they were burning My eyeballs were okay the next day, but my eyelids still hurt like they were being pinched until the next day. It gradually got better, and after the stitches were removed, it was almost fine! I’m on day 10 now, and aside from the mucous membrane area occasionally feeling itchy, nothing hurts.
