About ice packs.. The clinic gives them to you and tells you to use them, right.. About how many hours a day do you do it?? Why does my mother tell me to do only that except when I’m sleeping or eating... I just can’t understand it. Isn’t just 2 hours a day enough?? And for posture, just lying down on the bed.. is that okay??
