They said that using the septal cartilage could shape the nasal line without making it look excessive, so I had the surgery as the director recommended! The hump was refined naturally, and my nasal line became really clean! The overall height of my nose also increased harmoniously without looking forced, so my overall impression looks much softer. From the front, it looks more defined, and from the side, the line is smooth, so I’m satisfied! I was worried it might look artificial, but it was naturally refined to suit my face without being excessive, and people around me say I became prettier without it being obvious
