40-Day Review of Natural Adhesion Double Eyelid Surgery + Eye Fat Removal

To start with the conclusion, I am truly extremely satisfied※Long post warning※I thought about getting double eyelid surgery for 10 years My eyes were not originally that small, and I was not under major stress about them, so I only thought about it from time to time. But in the second half of last year, I saw a photo someone else took of me, and it was honestly such a shock.. 1. I did not really like that my eyes were uneven, but they were really so~ asymmetrical 2. I thought I was opening my eyes wide, but in photos, my eyes looked so dull and unfocused 3. Because I had a lot of fat around my eyes, even when I used mascara or got a lash perm, the flesh on my upper eyelids pressed down on my lashes, so they quickly drooped (+When I opened my eyes wide, the upper eyelid flesh seemed to encroach toward the eyes?) And so on.. I thought this was really serious, so from then on I started researching extensively online.. I narrowed it down to a few places, set aside one day this spring, went around for consultations, and made reservations. To be honest, I was thinking of double eyelid surgery + fat removal + lateral canthoplasty/epicanthoplasty, but almost all the directors similarly recommended only natural adhesion + fat removal/ptosis correction! After thinking about it for a month, I eventually decided on this clinic!! The reasons were: 1. When I looked at the director’s double eyelid surgery review photos, the lines were so pretty (My desired look: absolutely!!!! natural, as symmetrical as possible, not too different from my current vibe + pretty) 2. During the consultation, the director first noticed my concerns, such as eye fat and eye-opening strength, and explained them really~ thoroughly 3. Aftercare, such as stitch removal, could be done on my own (I live outside Seoul, so I wanted to minimize hospital visits after surgery, and here they said I could take care of it myself if I wanted, though I could still come in if I preferred, and that there would be very little swelling) Honestly, the most important things were the line and swelling, and the director’s aesthetic sense was so good.. I also felt reassured when I was told that swelling would be fine as long as the line was not set too high!! (+The consultation manager was also so kind!!!!) The long-awaited surgery day When we marked the line for the last time, it was a little higher than I expected, so I asked the director to lower the line slightly, and the director made it the height I wanted while choosing a line that would look as pretty and large as possible (Now that I think about it, I very slightly regret not going with the line that was originally recommended.. People booked for surgery with this director.. You can just trust the director. Their aesthetic sense is really excellent.) The director came in and checked the line one final time..!!! Then I fell asleep and woke up. As the anesthesia slowly wore off, I only felt that my eyes were a bit heavy, and there was no pain at all. And the much-anticipated swelling.. I was honestly flustered because there was so little swelling.... So I should have been careful with what I ate, but I was so excited that right after surgery, I went to eat pork belly. I could do makeup right away except around the eyes, and after holding off for just a few days, I could wash my face normally too.. That night, I showed off to my friends on FaceTime, and they asked if I had really had surgery that day, saying there was really no swelling at all and the line was done so well. After about 2 days, bruising started to appear on my right eye, and that bruise lasted about 2 weeks? Once I applied bruise cream, it all completely disappeared. There was no scar tissue that I had worried about, and one thing I wanted was a double eyelid line that did not look like I had double eyelid surgery.. Maybe because it was natural adhesion, it looked much less obvious than I expected, so I am ex.treme.ly satisfied. And the eye fat removal was truly the key move.. The puffiness around my eyes disappeared, so my eyes look bigger!!!!! Seriously, why did I only do this now.. Why did I only meet this director now... Can’t you feel how satisfied I am just from reading this post.. Of course, this is absolutely NOT a post encouraging cosmetic surgery!! I think everyone should research a lot using their own very strict standards and think about it a lot. Because I thought about it for a really long time, and because I am truly satisfied with the result!! I am writing this review. I lived with inner double eyelids for about 30 years, so I plan to live happily with my current eyes, and if I develop eyelid sagging later, I will think about revision surgery then..
