I had double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction, but I think a lipoma formed at the double eyelid incision site..

It’s been about 20 days since I had double eyelid surgery, and my friend had her first surgery there and it turned out well, so I went. I went for consultations a few times, and the doctor was honest and clearly told me what I should and shouldn’t do, so I really trusted him. I went on consultations at several places, and they said similar things, but since someone around me had it done there, I felt I could trust it and had it done there. But.. once I went, the consultation manager and front desk were the ones ruining the whole clinic. I was going to get a procedure along with the surgery, but the procedure was a bit expensive. When the front desk called to confirm before surgery, I asked them to remove the procedure, and they told me to say it on the day of surgery. So when I said it that day, they got annoyed at me on the very day I came in for surgery, asking why I hadn’t told them in advance. I was so dumbfounded. I did tell you. In advance.. They hadn’t passed it on, and on the day of surgery I was already nervous, but they really irritated me. I held it in, thinking I’d let it go as long as the surgery turned out well. I lay down on the operating table.. and the operating room nurse said I wasn’t getting the procedure, so why was it on the chart, and told them they should have checked in advance, and they started arguing among themselves... Is it okay for me to have surgery here... I was so anxious. The inner corners of my eyes were just way too puffy, so after getting the stitches removed, I tried to go in to have them checked, but the front desk blocked me from coming. They said it was because the swelling hadn’t gone down and told me to wait. When I got my stitches removed, my doctor was on vacation. I couldn’t see him. I kept saying that my eye shape looked distorted, but they just repeatedly told me to wait. It wasn’t going down at all and it felt like something was protruding, so when I lifted my upper eyelid skin.. there it was, clearly, a round thing showing.. I developed something, I don’t know if it’s a lipoma or an epidermal cyst.. They said if it’s severe after a month or two, go to an ophthalmologist.. Is going to an ophthalmologist the right thing??? The front desk or manager won’t let me see the doctor lol Even when I ask why I can’t and ask them to just check it, they tell me to wait without even looking
