I went to get double eyelid surgery 7 years ago, and because I was young and I didn’t have much fat around my eyes, they said we should definitely do the non-incisional suture method. I originally brought an in-out line as my reference, but they said it wouldn’t suit me and could come undone quickly, so they suggested an inline crease, and that’s what I did... I think everyone who just wants something really basic would be satisfied? Last year, one eye came undone, so I had a revision surgery for free, and they just sutured it the same way! I do have some thoughts about wanting to change the line, but that’s not really an issue with the plastic surgery clinic... The director is a bit brusque, but I was fine with it.
