I had a very low nose and alar base that looked like a rhinoceros, but from the side, the semi-slope line is very pretty and good. But maybe the alar base wasn’t tied enough; as time passes, I feel like I’m gradually becoming a rhinoceros again. A few days ago, I had a consultation at another plastic surgery clinic, and they told me it seems like the alar base wasn’t touched at all and that it would look pretty if I did it again. The scar is not very visible, and I’m satisfied enough with this, but they said I should redo the alar base!!
