The direction the director wants to take the surgery matched my needs well, so I think I will have surgery here. He told me the issues I had in mind before I even brought them up, which made me think this might be the right place... Of course, the result still has to come out well... The staff were all kind, and the director was kind too. Nose surgery is a matter of luck, so once you decide, you just have to leave it to luck. We decided to remove the silicone and use ear cartilage for the nose tip, and the explanation of that process was very clear, so I trust it and want to go through with it. I am extremely torn.
