The surgeon looked from the glabella all the way to the tip of my nose and recommended a custom silicone implant to refine the line according to the height of my nose bridge. They explained that instead of inserting a fixed shape like regular silicone, it can be made to match the height of my glabella, which would help reduce the feeling that only the starting point looks unusually high right now. They also said that if the silicone goes in too high because of skin thickness, it will show a lot, so for the bridge area it would be better to use a custom silicone implant and postauricular dermis! Since this is a revision surgery and they said different materials would be used, I was a little worried at first, but they explained one by one why each material was needed and where, so it was actually easier to understand, and I liked that they looked at details like skin thickness so carefully!
