I had been bothered for a while by how my jaw area looked a little wide in photos, so I tried masseter Botox. At first I did not expect much and just hoped it would soften things a little. The procedure itself ended quicker than I expected, and there was nothing particularly uncomfortable afterward. It just felt a bit sore when the solution went in. It was not something that changed dramatically right away; the feeling was that it changed little by little over a few days. After about a month, when I looked from the front, my jawline seemed a little more refined than before, and my face looked a bit less square. It was not a huge change, but rather a subtle softening overall, which actually felt more natural and nice. There was no discomfort when chewing or any disruption to daily life. Personally, I like changes that are natural rather than too obvious, so I think I would get it again if I needed it.
