I went for a consultation today about double-eyelid surgery for a man. I wanted eyes that looked natural and not heavy, so I focused on hidden double eyelids during the consultation. The director carefully examined my eye condition and said that because my eyelids are on the thick side, making them too thick would make me look tired. Rather than excessive incision, they specifically pointed out that it would be much cleaner to combine a little eye-correction and make a thin in-line or in-out line to create a hidden-double-eyelid look. Before the consultation, I was worried that it might look too obvious, but they explained exactly what was needed without over-treatment, and I felt much more at ease. I plan to visit one more place before making a final decision. For anyone considering male eye surgery, I recommend visiting several doctors in person and hearing different opinions!
