6 years ago, I had my first double-eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam that has since closed. At the time, I thought it was good enough, but even though it was my first double-eyelid surgery, the difficulty level was vaguely high because of a problem with my eyelid muscle or something, and it had already been rejected at a few places. Only recently did I realize that my double eyelid line was higher than average and that my eyes actually looked more stuffy, so I wandered from consultation to consultation like a nomad and got a revision here. Personally, I found it impressive that the director carefully re-explained the things I had been told during my first double-eyelid surgery so there would be no misunderstanding, and also drew on top of my photo to show me how the surgery would be done. In the end, I lowered the line and had canthoplasty at the same time, and after my revision surgery I heard several times that it turned out well, a compliment I had not even heard after my first double-eyelid surgery. Since I had always felt discouraged after the first surgery, I am satisfied with the result now. The clinic is small, and the building itself is like a medical center, but this place somehow feels especially small.
