The surgeon looked at my face very closely during the consultation and explained the surgical methods with expertise for the areas I was worried about, so I understood everything well. Since I have some fat around the jaw area, he recommended liposuction, and based on the CT he said the mandibular angle bone itself was thick, so I was the kind of case that could benefit from surgery. He suggested combining outer cortical shaving, masseter reduction, buccal fat removal, and other elements to reduce the frontal width naturally without a square-jaw look, and that was also the direction I wanted because I prefer a safe and natural feel.
