Among people around me, a lot of those who had it done here were satisfied, so I made this my first consultation. For reference, they do not take reservations, only walk-ins, so I waited a little under 30 minutes and then had a consultation with the coordinator. But once I went in and tried to map out my eye line, they said it was an eye that would be hard to operate on here. They said my ptosis was severe, so they recommended looking for another place that specializes in ptosis instead of here, and I got turned away... Still, in a way, it felt honest and they seemed like the type to send back surgeries they aren't confident about, so I actually trusted them more, though I was disappointed. If my ptosis hadn't been this severe, I probably would have done it here... T_T👍
